Reading and understanding the policies of The Disc 2 Basket Disc Golf Store  is on the buyer.

Shipping/Tracking

Orders fulfilled within three days!.  Most orders received by 4 pm Monday - Friday ship out same day (excluding holidays).  We desire to get the product to you as soon as we can and we will do everything in our power to make it happen.  Orders requiring drop shipments direct from the manufacturer may have longer delays, which our beyond our control.

International Shipping

Our shipping is limited to the U.S. and Canada only due to the complications of complying with laws specific to each country.

Sales Tax

6% sales tax will be collected for all orders with a Michigan shipping address.

Accidental Out of Stock

We try our best to reflect an actual live inventory. Some of our products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and we are unable to control the availability of the products.  We will refund your money for the item unavailable and fulfill the rest of your order in a timely manner.  

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, Paypal and/or credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.  In order to ensure your privacy is safely secured, we work with McAfee Secure for additional protection.  Making a purchase from Disc 2 Basket qualifies you for 90 days of complimentary identity theft coverage, good for up to $100,000.  If you've made a purchase within the last 90 days, activate your coverage here.  Information is shared with third party entities for providing news and information about Disc 2 Basket.  

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase.  Used products will not be accepted.   

Buy Back Program (In store purchase only)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a disc from Disc 2 Basket, bring it back within 14 days and we will replace it with whatever disc you want in the store of any brand.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Daily Disc-ount shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Photos of Products

Most of the product photos are taken by Disc 2 Basket.   We try to make the photos as close to the actual product as possible.   But, we cannot guarantee that  it will.  

Pre-Order Policy

We strive to make new releases available on the day of release and we will mail out the new products to you as soon as possible.   However, we do not take pre orders.  We prefer to receive the new product first and post it to our site so our customers know exactly the color and weight they are receiving.   We appreciate our customers looking for the exact product they seek and we strive to deliver that product to you!

Payment

(Updated 4/3/2018) There are times when an item you wish to purchase is unavailable as discussed in Accidental Out of Stock Section.   Because of this, we have decided to not capture payment for your purchase until we are sure all items can be delivered.   

Used Discs

Our used discs use the "Sleepy Scale" for determining the condition.   Because the scale is subjective, we try to be conservative and rate the discs at or lower than what we perceive to be the correct condition.   When in doubt, we lower it.  Purchasing used discs are on the buyer and we do not accept returns of used merchandise.   If you are interested in a disc, feel free to contact us and we will gladly try to answer your questions or possibly provide additional photos of the disc.   

We will accept up to five used discs per customer and gladly provide how much we are willing to pay for the discs.   We only give in store credit for used discs sold to us.  

Discs must be clean and name and contact information must be marked out.
